Please note that due to the irregular conicity of our (especially 20-oz Big Daddy) Coffee mugs
we are NOT able
to decorate our coffee mugs in a perpendicular manner.
All mug decorations will be "crooked" so to speak in one way or another.All decorations on our coffee mugs (especially our 20-oz Big Daddy mugs) will have some sort of inclination and these irregularities will have to be accepted as inevitable. The inclinations can vary up to 2-3 degrees.

Please always consider that the larger the coffee mug, the less cylindrical it will be. Hence, we're not able to decorated our larger mugs (15-oz and 20-oz mugs) in a perfect manner, that is, the decoration will most likely NOT be parallel to the rim/bottom; and handle-to-handle decorations will appear with some sort of a "bend" in them.
Since we have absolutely no control over the cylindricity of our mugs, the apparent "misalignments" have to be accepted as a matter of fact and can never be subject to reclamations, returns, credits or similar actions on the part of our customers.
You can always order a sample mug and then modify your digital coffee mug decoration accordingly and then proceed to order another mug which should then result in a mug decoration which should meet your requirements.
Should you nevertheless place your order with us for our Coffee Mugs you'll accept any eventually "crooked" or "slanted" mug decorations and not contest them under any circumstances, nor request a refund, return them or ask for credit, and you'll accept these mugs even though they'll not be perfect nor fully aligned nor perpendicular.
All mug orders are FINAL and irrevocable.
