Communications:
Since this Mug Designer is fully automatic, there will be no communications between us and the customer other than that generated by the Mug Designer itself. We'll not send you any e-mail and will preserve your anonymity; and all information/communication pertaining to orders placed from here can be consulted in your PayPal account or e-mails sent to you directly from PayPal.
Delivery, Tracking and Shipping Matters:
We can normally ship within 2 to 7 business days after receipt of useable digital image files, your order and order payment in full. The timeframe here indicated does not yet include the actual shipping time which depends on the shipping method you selected.
Hence time of arrival of your gift mugs order can reach from only 6 business days to over 16 business days. Please take this into consideration when placing your gift mugs order.Our Morph mugs and stainless-steel coffee mugs might require some additional time to decorate and to have them ready for shipment. We might also require some additional time for all our mugs during our high seasons, such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Boss Day, and similar occasions.
Tracking information will be posted to your PayPal account as soon as available, if offered by PayPal. All mug orders placed from here will be shipped with no declared value and will travel at buyer's risk. Please verify that the shipping address you supply with your PayPal order is as required and accepted by USPS (United States Post Office) as we cannot be held responsible for any shipments USPS (or any other carrier for that matter) cannot deliver to the address you supplied. We are only able to re-ship any returned orders upon receipt of the corresponding re-shipment fee which you can send us via our PayPal account. Any returned order not claimed within two (2) months after we advise you of such a return, will be disposed of by us and the matter will be concluded.
Please take into consideration that the above delivery indications do not include the actual shipping time which will have to be added to the information supplied.
Only designs submitted with this Design Creator and paid for with the PayPal-generated order form will be considered. Requests for price quotes or any other request will be considered null and void and deleted from our systems without any notice.
Invoicing, Shipping and Tracking Matters:
Your Gift Mugs "Invoice" will be the data entry in your PayPal account as the physical order shipment will only include our Packing List. Tracking information will only be e-mailed to the e-mail address supplied by you to PayPal, hence it is important that you e-mail client will accept e-mails from the corresponding PayPal e-mail sender address. This tracking information will be supplied to you by PayPal, hence you should consult your PayPal account frequently for updates.You can use our Design Generator to place many different mugs and mug designs at the same time. This will permit us to ship all different mug decorations with ONE shipment, saving you shipping on costs. If you submit individual orders we'll have to ship in individual shipping boxes which will not safe you any shipping costs.
Order Cancellation:
Should we not be able to accept your mug order for any reason, we'll issue a full refund back to your PayPal account from which your order was placed. For any details concerning refunds you'll have to contact PayPal directly as this matter is no longer under our control as soon as we refund your payment back to PayPal.
Payment and Shipping Matters:
Please note that we'll use the address information supplied with your PayPal payment/order form for all shipping purposes. Please consider this when there is a discrepancy between the different addresses you might supply (to the designer-generated form and to PayPal payment form.)

Design Matters:
When designing and ordering coffee mugs decorated on BOTH mugs sides, please create a mug decoration for BOTH mug sides independently. If you only submit one mug design we'll assume that the very same single mug design you created should go on the other mug side as well.
(Consult here for more details and illustrations.)We'd also like to indicate that you should center your design creation within the dashed decorating field, that is up and down and left and right, unless, of course, your design is meant to be not centered on the mug side.
Please consider this as all mug orders placed from our Coffee Mug Design Generator are
Final and cannot be changed, cannot be credited nor will be refunded and will be shipped only to the address supplied by and with PayPal.
We decorate our mugs with the designs AS YOU CREATED THEM.Orders created with this coffee mug design generator are FINAL and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will any credit be issued. We use your information exactly as you supply it - the good and the not so good.
If you cannot accept these conditions,

Digital Artwork Quality:
Although we can use almost any digital image file you might want to use in the design of your coffee mugs, we suggest that you use only raster/bitmap images, designs, and/or photos that have a resolution of at least 300 dpi's and are in the final dimensions that have to appear on the finished mug as otherwise pixellation might occur that diminished the quality of your final mug decoration. However, and as always, we'll use the mug decorations you submit with your orders AS IS, notwithstanding their quality and/or appropriateness for any mug decoration.Please us only your own digital image files as we're not responsible for any copyrighted material you might submit. You will be solely and fully responsible for any copyrighted material you might use without the proper written authorization by the actual copyright holder.

Orders placed with and through this Design Generator and paid for with the Design-Generator created PayPal order(s) are final and cannot be cancelled, nor are they refundable, nor will any credit be issued.

Tips:
If you're looking for proven colors for mug decorations, consider those colors that have the word: mug in them. Such as: Mug Red, and try not to use yellow colors as they will not show up too well on white coffee mugs without a black outline.We cannot print the color White. Hence, the color white in any digital file you might supply is represented by the white color of the coffee mug. But what happens when there is no white background, so to speak, when decorating our stainless-steel coffee travel mugs with lid, or our aluminum sports bottles? Since there is no "white" the decoration will seem to be darker in general and this lack of "whiteness' has to be taken into consideration when preparing your mug decorations.
