Any digital art work submitted that is larger than the above indicated decoration size will be reduced by us to fit the indicated maximum size.

Damaged Shipments:
Should your order arrive damaged and was insured, please contact your local branch of the shipper to file a claim directly with them. If you order was not insured then no replacement mugs are available. Please order from our full-service web site, should these conditions not be acceptable to you.

 

**  All image areas that appear white in your digital image will have the color of the stainless-steel travel mug itself as we cannot print the color white.
All colors will be influenced by the stainless-steel background and appear darker on the decorated stainless-steel mug than on your monitor.
 

* Note for orders with personalization:
   Supply the text for your one-line personalization immediately in the
   observation field of the PayPal form.
   If you do not supply the requested one-line text with the PayPal form
   at time of ordering, we'll decorate your mug without it.
   Please note that we'll not be able to consider any subsequent
