All Sales are Final.

Orders will be shipped within 2-6 business days (with USPS/FedEx Ground)
only to the address registered with PayPal within the lower 48 US States
without any order confirmation or further communication with the customer.
There will not be any order confirmation nor confirmation number.

  • max decoration size per side: 3" x 3":

  • wrap-around and handle-to-handle decorations are not accepted

  • or mugs decorated with customer-supplied text only, please select any of the PayPal links that indicate with Personalization*

  • up-load your digital image file(s);

  • For mug orders with personalization only with One-Line text in black with font Arial, please order from the respective group that says: "with personalization" and supply your text immediately in the PayPal order form that will open. Text will be centered on imprintable space available.
    Example: Personalization only no image, just text, use name: Josephine
                    Only supply quotation marks if you want them printed.
                    Otherwise supply your text without quotation marks ("")

Please make sure that you send us your digital image file as an attachment to an
e-mail and cross-reference your order with your name, e-mail address and digital image name.

We are only able to fulfill your order once we receive your digital image file and your order.

Your order or digital image will be placed on hold until we
receive both, your order and digital image file.
 

Unfortunately we're not able to send requests for either order and/or digital image files. Orders placed from here will not be confirmed and shipped as soon as possible via USPS to the lower 48 US states only.
Orders not to be send to the PayPal address are shipped without any guarantee and recourse. Orders placed from this web page will not be confirmed and all sales are final.

Any digital art work submitted that is larger than the above indicated decoration size will be reduced by us to fit the indicated maximum size.

Damaged Shipments:
Should your order arrive damaged and was insured, please contact your local branch of the shipper to file a claim directly with them. If you order was not insured then no replacement mugs are available. Please order from our full-service web site, should these conditions not be acceptable to you.

 

**  All image areas that appear white in your digital image will have the color of the stainless-steel travel mug itself as we cannot print the color white.
All colors will be influenced by the stainless-steel background and appear darker on the decorated stainless-steel mug than on your monitor.
