Only these 6 file types can be successfully uploaded (individually or .zip or .sit-compressed):
- bitmap raster formats:  .jpg, .tif and .png
- vector formats:           .ai, .cdr and .ppt
All others file types will not arrive at their destination.
Hence we suggest not to upload them at all.

Also, please do not attach any digital art work files to e-mails as we're not able to receive them, use them nor open them. Use any of the above three (3) up-load methods to send us your digital files. Thank you.
 

Any digital image(s) uploaded to our servers and not accompanied by an order
within the next two (2) calendar days will be considered spam and treated as such.


Similarly,
if you are NOT submitting digital image files suitable for the decoration of our full-color coffee mugs and you have already sent-in your order, we'll cancel your order without any further notice.
 
Please consider:
Digital bitmap/raster files with a file size smaller than ~1,900 KB in the .tif format (or ~250KB in the .jpg format) will very likely not meet with our minimum requirements for image resolution and image dimensions for our smallest, one-sided 11-oz coffee mug decoration.

Other mug decorations might require much larger digital image raster/bitmap files.
Vector files do not have any minimum requirements as they are resolution independent.

Image Terms and Prohibited Content
You may not use the following types of content for the decoration of our coffee mugs unless you own the content or obtain the right to use it from the owner of the content:

  • No Unofficial Merchandise of existing Musicians, Bands, Fan Clubs, Sports Teams (Professional and College), or other organizations.

  • No content using the likeness of a third party (manipulated photos, logos, caricatures, voices, songs).

  • No names, pictures or logos of companies or products (i.e. Nike logo or BMW products)

  • No text or graphic of a third party's work (copies of books).

  • No content downloaded from the INTERNET.
