We are currently planning a retirement party and were interested in supplying mugs to the guests.  We were particularly interested in your chameleon mug effects and wanted to inquiry whether it was possible to have the mug have one picture while cold and another while hot.  The picture would be a before while cold and after while hot.

 Thank you for your inquiry about our Morph or Chameleon coffee mugs.
Our Chameleon/morph mugs have an outside color, when cold, that is either dark blue or black. They change color (when hot liquid is poured into them) to the natural "white" of the coffee mug onto which all our digital images are printed.
It is, therefore, not possible to have some given images printed onto these mugs that would appear depending on whether the mug is cold or hot. Please also note that we're not able to print the color "white".

I was just wondering if you can print words inside the mugs and also can i use a picture from a movie to put on the mug? thanks!

 We do not print any decorations inside of our coffee mugs. We're of the opinion that no decoration should ever come in direct contact with any food or liquid. It might even be illegal in some states to have decorations come in direct contact with food.
With respect to the picture from a movie, please read this. Thank you.
I suppose you have a system for this but I ordered a stein with double printing and message and emailed the pics and message...how do I know you got it and that the final product looks like I want and ships correctly?

 As clearly indicated in our PayPal Order Page, all coffee mugs are decorated with customer-submitted digital image files and/or digital photos AS IS. That means that we do not "re-work" any such digital image files whether they are suitable or not for decorating our coffee mugs with them (except down-sizing them to fit the max. area that can be decorated). If custom text is requested, we'll use the indicated font, namely Arial, and print a one-line, black text below the submitted digital image file. The font size will be determined by the max width of the standard decorating area. With respect to shipping, all orders placed with the PayPal Order Page will be shipped to the address supplied by PayPal and only to the lower 48 US States.

Furthermore, and also as very clearly stated, none of the orders submitted with the PayPal Order Form will be confirmed and all communications will be contained within your PayPal account.

Our form also states that if these clearly indicated requirements are not acceptable, that our Full-Service Order Form should be used where we'll confirm total price, shipping address as well as all other order details.

Furthermore, all orders place with any of our PayPal order pages are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Hence we suggest that all our customers take these conditions into serious consideration before placing any order with our PayPal Order Forms.
Can you make a coffee mug with a color photo on it and what is the complete price for same. 
Can I e-mail the pic.
Is there a minimun size order? 
Can I specify the side the pic is on the mug (right or left handed)?
Is there a maximum size pic (area) and is that something you can scale up or down from the e-mail attachment?
Which mugs can I use? 
Can you e-mail the specific link for the page that you may reference?
If I want something printed along with the photo, should I try to do that with a photo editor before sending to you?
 
How long before I receive it once ordered and paid for.

This is not what I paid for.  I wanted some text.  If this is what I get I will never order from you again, is that understood.  You web site is more difficult to use and I am not happy.  I pay for the mugs before I get to see the layout and that is bull*&)% and now I don’t get what I want! Please inform us where exactly you supplied the required one-line of text and we'd be happy to add it to your mug decoration. You did not supply it with the original PayPal form nor when you sent us your digital image file, as clearly indicated and requested in our web pages.

May we point out that our order form very clearly states that if the custom text is not supplied together with the PayPal form then we have the right to decorate and ship without any text.

Again, as clearly indicated in our PayPal order pages it states that, and we quote again:
Orders will be shipped within 2-6 business days (with USPS/FedEx Ground) only to the address registered with PayPal within the lower 48 US States without any order confirmation or further communication with the customer.

Hence, we're rather surprised that you object that we deliver only what was ordered by our customers.

I had anticipated receiving a virtual mug for me to accept before my mug was shipped. Did you try to send me a virtual mug? Is it common practice for you to ship mugs without sending a virtual mug? All orders placed via PayPal are not confirmed nor generate any type of reply at all. This is very clearly indicated in our web pages for all to see.
