Since we only sell over the Internet, most, if not all, payments are made via credit cards, and/or the payment system offered by PayPal where you can pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account.

To accommodate customers who do not have credit cards or do not wish to use them for Internet purchases from our web sites, we suggest the following procedure - a bit cumbersome, agreed, but workable to everybody's satisfaction.

In your particular case where you're interested in our US States mugs, you might want to place your order just as you would when paying with PayPal. Using this method the order form will not only generate and display the total amount of your order but also displays the order numbers and names of the mugs you're interested in.
 
Once you have "ordered" all the mugs you're interested in,
DO NOT
hit the order button of PayPal but rather copy and paste all this information into an e-mail and send it to us. Do not forget your shipping address and remember we will only ground ship to the lower 48 US States with this method.
 
Please note that you'll have to add the amount of US$10.00 to the displayed order total as we now have to manually process your order - which is rather time consuming.

Personalized coffee mug.
My wife had a coffee mug that was given to her many years ago...it had her name, Jeanne, on it and several characteristics of that name....don't remember all of what was written...do you have any cup like this....thanks!

We can decorate coffee mugs for you with the name "Jeanne" on it. We have no problems there. The difficulties we encounter is with the: "several characteristics of that name". It would be very hard for us to know what was on your wife's coffee mug if you have difficulties with this.
We are very sorry but if you cannot supply more details we will not be able to decorate a coffee mug that would correspond to the one you had in the past.

I am looking at your site and trying to figure out if I can order a mug with an image from the artist Georgia O'Keefe found on the internet? I am having trouble figuring that out.

In general, any digital image file copied from the Internet cannot be used by us for the decoration of our full-color, custom-decorated coffee mugs and sports bottles. The reasons are primarily these:
  • The resolution of most, if not all, digital images on the Net are only either 72 dpi's or 96 dpi's while we require a minimum resolution of at least 300 dpi's AND the digital image has to be in the physical dimensions, or larger, that will appear on the decorated coffee mug.

  • We cannot use copyrighted material - and most of the images on the Internet are copyrighted. Hence our customers will have to obtain the right to copy a given image from the copyright holder and send us the written consent along with their gift mugs order.

If you can satisfy the above two requirements, we'll be very happy to decorate full-color coffee gift mugs for you.


I had a question about the morph mugs...I am not a coffee drinker, but my father-in-law is and he is looking for a coffee mug that will allow his four fingers to fit and hold the cup.  Will the 15 oz coffee mug allow him to do that.  He does not have very large hands...but most coffee mugs that I have seen only allow 3 fingers and not four.

Our temperature sensitive, color changing Morph or Chameleon coffee mugs are of the same size as our regular, white 11-oz or 15-oz coffee mugs. The size of the mug handle is not determined whether the coffee mug is a Morph mug or just a regular coffee mug. The handle size is largely determined by the size of the coffee mug in general: the larger the coffee mug the "larger" the mug handle can be.
Since we're no experts in finger and hand sizes, we're not able to answer your question on whether or not your father-in-law's four fingers will fit into our mug handle. However, a male staff member's four fingers easily fit within the mug handle of our all white, 15-oz coffee gift mugs, maybe only because he does not have large fingers.... who knows.

If your mug decoration is to be of a digital image file or a digital photo, you'd have to up-load it to our servers. If, on the other hand, you require only some text, you need only to indicate the desired text, text font, text color and text size in our secure on-line order form.

I am interested in a Smiley girl mug for my daughter but I am concerned .  Are they safe to drink out of?  I see they cannot go in the dishwasher for fading I think but can they go in a microwave?  Are they safe to drink out of?  Please answer this email so I can be assured before I decide to order.  Her name is Dani.  Thanks Mary Our mugs are perfectly safe to drink from and to handle. They are just like any other coffee mug. We recommend that our mugs not be used in a dishwasher to prevent premature fading. All our ceramic coffee mugs can be used in a microwave, provided there is some liquid in the mugs. Do not microwave empty coffee mugs nor any of our stainless steel coffee mugs.

Coffee Mugs - order question -
Hi again, I sent in an order (with payment and photos) a few days ago and have yet to recieve a confirmation that any of this was recieved, yet my payment has already been made. Can you please send me some sort of order confirmation? Also, on the order form, I was hoping I could have the item overnighted, but could not find anything that would let me change the shipping information, yet was billed for 14 dollars. What method of shipping is this? Standard FexEx? I appoligize if this is answered somewhere on your site, but I find your site incrediably confusing. If I do not recieve a confirmation by the end of the business day, I will cancel my order. Also, just a suggestion. I understand spam can be a big pain to deal with, but by not providing an email address, it keeps me from having the emails I send to you recorded in my "sent" folder. This, basically, keeps me from protecting myself should you contest that recieved anything from me, and should I want to go to!

We provide all the services you mention in your e-mail with our Full Service Order Form which you elected not to use and used instead our PayPal order service where we will not contact any of our customers at all nor provide order confirmations - which is very clearly shown in the web page and so stated in large lettering.

 It also says there that if you are not able to accept these conditions, not to place your order with the PayPal form, which, again, you ignored. All relevant information concerning your PayPal order is, again, as clearly indicated in our PayPal pages, available in your PayPal account. Our PayPal order form also very clearly indicated how we ship our orders, all of which you accepted by placing your order with our PayPal order form.


Also, our PayPal order form states very clearly, that shipment will take place between 2-6 business days after order placement (in your case Dec. 15, 2006), which means that we still have until Dec 26, 2006, before we will have to ship your order. Yet, your order was shipped with USPS Priority Mail on Dec 18, 2006 and should arrive shortly at the shipping address you provided with your order.

We also sent you directly from the USPS e-mail server tracking information about your order as well as provided this information to your PayPal account directly. It is our customer's responsibility to make sure that all e-mail that might arrive from FedEx and/or USPS will not be considered spam by customer's e-mail client -  a fact also indicated in our web sites - as otherwise the tracking information sent directly from the shipper will never reach you.

With respect to the phone numbers question we assume that you're not serious and do not have any intention of insulting us or questioning our integrity just because we do all our business on-line - just like Amazon, and 1000's of similar e-tailers - and do not provide a phone which we very clearly state in our web pages.


We did not force you to order from us, you freely selected to place your order with us and we complied more than 100% without any complaints. By placing your order with us you also accept our conditions which are clearly spelled out.

As you can see, we more than complied with what we offer in our PayPal order pages.

Because of the very popularity of this feature where we custom-create text you supply with your order and we then decorate a virtual coffee mug with it for your evaluation and acceptance, we're, unfortunately, no longer able to provide this service as we have in the past.
We received just too many such requests/orders which where then not confirmed by the customer and hence, never became an order for us. Yet our virtual mug decorations where used to order elsewhere.

Thus, in order to be able to work with our serious customers, we continue to offer this popular service but against the pre-payment of the very modest fee indicated in the form.
We'll prepare and e-mail you, just as we always have, our order confirmation along with detailed price indications and the virtual mug decoration for your evaluation and acceptance upon receipt of this special form.
Unfortunately, we'll not be able to proceed with any order requiring custom work without having receive the corresponding form as indicated in this web page.

Question regarding simple mugs.
 
Our company would like to provide each staff member with a simple mug with their name on it. We have many common names.
If we would like 40 mugs with 40 names, probably first or last name or three letter initials.
Roughly what prices should we expect to pay per mug.

Thank you for your interest in an order of all personalized coffee mugs.

The prices and price breaks published in our price lists are all based on coffee mugs decorated with the very same digital image, digital photo, or text.
Unfortunately, we're not able to offer any discounts at all for mug orders where each coffee mug is decorated in a different way and hence each mug will be billed at the full, published price. Only shipping and handling charges will be based on the total mug quantity ordered at one time and shipped to the same address.
We can, however, offer the quantity discount prices shown in our price lists if one mug side is decorated with the same decoration on all coffee mugs and the other with some lettering, for example. In this case the discounted per mug price can be applied based on the mug size and mug quantity, PLUS US$5.00 per each personalization.

Thus, forty (40) of our 11-oz coffee mugs decorated each differently and only on one mug side would be, for example, US$14.95 PLUS US$5.00 for a total of US$19.95 per mug, plus S&H.
The same 11-oz mug order decorated with, for example, your company logo on one side of each mug and a personalization on the other would be:
US$9.95 per mug, plus US$1.50 for a mug decoration on the other mug side, PLUS US$5.00 per personalization, for a total of US$16.45 plus S&H. Please note that these are prices as of today and may change over time.


Dear Sir,

Today I received my order. I am not satisfied with your product. I attached my photo as instructed and chose the black morph. I did not find a warning telling me that if I chose the black morph my photo would be covered up and be nearly impossible to see. As this is a gift, I am forced to reorder it in white. My question is if I choose the white mug will my image be covered over? My photo is light with several colors. Please email me as soon as possible.

Please note that your coffee mug decoration will be fully visible as soon as you pour some hot liquid into this coffee mug. All our Morph or Chameleon coffee mugs are temperature-sensitive and will change from their black or dark blue exterior color when cold into white, when hot, and reveal the coffee mug decoration.

We can print any digital images, artworks, text or digital photos on our coffee mugs that our customers submit as long as the customer is the owner of the copyright of any submitted material, digital and otherwise.
