What you asked us: Our Response: Coffee Mugs - how would you know how we want our picture and writing on the mug? I mean other website there is actually a sample where you can upload your pic and put it on the mug to show how you like it on there exactly. I would like to order some mug from you but I'm really confuse on how I can get my picture to you and all that other stuff!!!!!!!! We're very sorry to hear that you have difficulties ordering custom-decorated coffee mugs from us. We are very aware that our competition uses a different ordering method.
Over the many years we have now been custom decorating not only coffee mugs and sports bottles, but also wall tiles and mosaics, we discovered that our method permits us to offer our customers coffee mug decorations that are of a very high quality and according to their needs and wishes.
How do we do this? Simple:You submit your information with our secure Full-Service Order Form where you can describe in detail your wishes, select fonts and font colors, and many, many more options, and we'll then, based on your total input, prepare a virtual mug decoration for your evaluation and acceptance, along with our detailed price confirmation. All this is actually done by real persons who are qualified for this type of work, and not by a machine.
You will be able to actually see what your finished and decorated coffee mug might look like as all our virtual mug decorations are prepared by professionals after they evaluate the quality of your digital image or digital photo.We know that this may seem very cumbersome and slow to some of our customers. However this is an ordering method that has proven itself over many, many years as many of our customers would like to use digital image files and digital photos that are, absolutely, not fit for the decoration of our quality photo coffee mugs.
We offer several different ways for our customers to send us and/or up-load their digital image file and digital photos. On such file-up-loader can be found here. But please consult our ARTS section for other methods, tips and suggestions.
And, as always, your credit card will only be charged once your mug order has shipped. That is, AFTER your mugs are decorated, and not BEFORE, as our competition does.

This is terrible! You made the mug the way it was pictured below- THEN YOU PAINTED THE MUG BLACK!!! RIGHT OVER THE PICTURE!!!
What in the world would make you think that anyone would want a picture put on a mug- then painted over so you can't see it????
Please replace this mug with a white mug with my picture I ordered. DO NOT PAINT THE MUG BLACK!

We're sorry to have to inform you that we decorated and shipped to you exactly as you had ordered and confirmed in writing, namely a 15-oz black Morph mug decorated with your digital image file.
If you fill the mug with a warm or hot liquid, the mug will turn white and you'll be able to see the decoration with your image.

Just had a logo made for my company and would like to purchase about 50 mugs to start with. In searching for the best price, I have found mugs to start at 1.50 a mug plus shipping. I am new to this so if you could humor me I would appreciate it. Why the price difference on your mugs, I think the ones I was looking at started at 15.00. (a mug?) Yeah, I can see that. good point. I have two colors in my logo, black and red. So, it does sound pretty simplistic and I just want to put one phrase under the logo. Will keep you in mind for other ventures though that require more depth of color! Thanks for the quick response. - June 18, 2007

Just try and buy just one (1) mug from our competition. Ask them for full continuous color mug decorations, not just 2 or 3 or 4 colors but up to millions of colors with our mugs, without any limit. Ask them for a photo on their coffee mugs, while you're at it. They'll tell you....maybe, if they're honest.
Now if your logo only has 3 spot colors, for example, go with them. They are less expensive with this kind of coffee mug decoration. Ours is a completely different kind of cup, so to speak.

The price you mention that you found on the Internet is most likely to be a per mug price for orders of or more than 288 mugs per order or even more. Our price, by contrast, is the price of one (1) single coffee mug and if you order more mugs, our prices decrease substantially.
We can also personalize each coffee mug with a different text or name, a feature our competition cannot offer at any reasonable price.
Also, our prices include full colors, not only 2 or 3 colors and we do not charge any set-up fees, color separation fees, nor any other fees, nor do we add charges for additional colors. Our prices are all inclusive, except for shipping and handling charges.
So if you add it all up, our prices are extremely competitive and you can order just one (1) mug.I finally received the mug, last monday it was not delivery to me ontime, eve when I paid express mail, and also in the pre-approval mug, the color which I had picked up was not submited to me, therefore I said the mug was good, but when I got it, the mug its blue (dark blue) and the letters and the picture are really, really hard to see, I would it appreciate it, if you would it let me know or when sending the pre-approve picture you would it send it blue, like it is supposed to appear, there I think you guys should re-send me a new white mug where the letters and picture can really be appreciated.

They are black and my pictures and words are there but you can't see them!
During the design process the only option I saw was Blackstone (I thought it was a special sturdy type of ceramic) with no explanation of what it is, and the example of what the mug would look like had a white background and looked fine.
I want to return these mugs with the same design in exchange for white mugs as the sample of my design showed.
Please don't take offense but I can't see how people can ship mugs with pictures that you can barely see - I should have received an email telling me that there was a problem with the design and mug.
Let me know what to do next. I am impressed with the ease of making a custom mug and getting it to me but not the mugs themselves.

She has almost 1100 of them and her newspaper wants to do an article on her mugs. She had odd mugs, destination mugs and state mugs. The problem is she is missing 2 mugs. New Jersey & North Dakota. We have sent her the New Jersey one from our gift shop (at no cost to her) and I was hoping you can help her out with a North Dakota mug. If you can I will forward her information to you It's something she has worked so hard on and if you talk to her she is so proud of what she has collected.

Furthermore, there is no misspelling as the correct spelling in German of the word in question is:
Fuge, just as Bach, a German, spelled it. Now, if you require custom text or "corrected" text, maybe you should have ordered a custom mug design supplying your own text and digital decoration. The decoration of customer-supplied digital designs and digital images is our specialty.

The mug decoration offered here is a copy of the Manuscript and one would presume that a German author would most likely use the German language for his/her works.
I have completed the order now for the fifth time. I did not find a pay-pal link anywhere during the order or shopping areas. I use pay-pal often. The mug we recieved is really poorly made. The picture is so dark you can barely tell it is on the mug. The original picture was a daylight picture, and is very bright. There is no reason it would show up this dark.My wife was very disappointed when she opened it and we wondered how anyone would have packed and shipped the mug to us without doing a quality check.We would like to send the mug back and have it replaced with one of better quality.
