I received the mug I ordered from the order # xxx.  I thought I had ordered a blue mug with gold lettering.  What I received was a blue mug with black lettering that you can barely see on the blue mug. 
Did I order the wrong thing?  What went wrong?  L. G. O.

We shipped and you received exactly as you ordered, namely:
an 11-oz Blue Morph ceramic coffee mug 
with "golden" lettering which will appear as soon as you fill the mug with a hot liquid.

I am very dissatisfied with the order I recently placed with your company.  I have ordered mugs from you before but this was the first time I tried a black mug.  First of all, my image and text did not appear at all.  I understand that you don't do refunds but why offer a font color on a black mug if YOU KNOW IT WON'T SHOW UP??  When I put my image and the font color on a black background it looked fine.  I am not in the mug business so how am I supposed to know your process and what will and will not appear on a black background?  I paid $40 for a cheap black mug that is not even black.  That's my other big issue.  It looks like an ashtray, not a nice black mug.  The mug is streaked with varying shades of gray and it even looks like there are little white bubbles around the bottom rim.  And the bottom of the mug is crusted with excess material.  I'm not a picky person but this is ridiculous.
 
I would very much appreciate it if you would either give me my money back or send me my design on a white mug.  I have been pleased with your workmanship in the past and am just amazed at the poor quality of the cup I received yesterday in the mail.

I love the mug, it worked great when I filled it with hot water.  I will continue to use your website and purchase your product when I need unique gifts.

We're very sorry to hear that you are very dissatisfied with your mug order and are rather surprised that you reached this conclusion without any further investigation, as all our decorations are quality decorations using digital image files exactly as submitted by our customers.

For your information, you ordered as follows:
11-oz Black Morph, Handle to RIGHT of decoration  with art work AS submitted by customer,
 
and we shipped exactly as you ordered by decorating our black Morph coffee mugs with the digital image file exactly as you created it with our fully automated Digital Image Designer. This very decoration is also printed onto the coffee mug we shipped to you, exactly as you ordered it, namely, 11-oz Black Morph.

To help clarify this, you might want to read the following:

Our temperature-sensitive, color-changing Morph mugs are clearly described in our web site and we even offer an animation of the color-changing effects. For details you might want to consult here:

Please permit us to suggest that you fill the cold and now "black" mugs with some hot liquid and all your mug decorations will appear on the then white coffee mugs. This is the Morph temperature-sensitive, color-changing effect.

The order form from where you placed your order also very clearly indicates that all orders are final and cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Our order page says, and we quote:

"Please consider this as all mug orders placed from our Coffee Mug Design Generator are
Final and cannot be changed, cannot be credited nor will be refunded and will be shipped only to the address supplied by and with PayPal.

We decorate our mugs with the designs AS YOU CREATED THEM.

Orders created with this coffee mug design generator are FINAL and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will any credit be issued. We use your information exactly as you supply it - the good and the not so good. If you cannot accept these conditions, please do not place your order. Thank you."


Thank you for your order and we hope that you will enjoy your custom-decorated black Morph coffee mug for a long time as your mug will be completely white as soon as some hot liquid is in it. This is exactly the way this is meant to be.
