I am very dissatisfied with the order I recently placed with your company. I have ordered mugs from you before but this was the first time I tried a black mug. First of all, my image and text did not appear at all. I understand that you don't do refunds but why offer a font color on a black mug if YOU KNOW IT WON'T SHOW UP?? When I put my image and the font color on a black background it looked fine. I am not in the mug business so how am I supposed to know your process and what will and will not appear on a black background? I paid $40 for a cheap black mug that is not even black. That's my other big issue. It looks like an ashtray, not a nice black mug. The mug is streaked with varying shades of gray and it even looks like there are little white bubbles around the bottom rim. And the bottom of the mug is crusted with excess material. I'm not a picky person but this is ridiculous.I would very much appreciate it if you would either give me my money back or send me my design on a white mug. I have been pleased with your workmanship in the past and am just amazed at the poor quality of the cup I received yesterday in the mail.Rebekkah Bxxx

and we shipped exactly as you ordered by decorating our black Morph coffee mugs with the digital image file exactly as you created it with our fully automated Digital Image Designer. This very decoration is also printed onto the coffee mug we shipped to you, exactly as you ordered it, namely, 11-oz Black Morph.
To help clarify this, you might want to read the following:

Please permit us to suggest that you fill the cold and now "black" mugs with some hot liquid and all your mug decorations will appear on the then white coffee mugs. This is the Morph temperature-sensitive, color-changing effect.
The order form from where you placed your order also very clearly indicates that all orders are final and cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Our order page says, and we quote:
"Please consider this as all mug orders placed from our Coffee Mug Design Generator are
Final and cannot be changed, cannot be credited nor will be refunded and will be shipped only to the address supplied by and with PayPal.
We decorate our mugs with the designs AS YOU CREATED THEM.
Orders created with this coffee mug design generator are FINAL and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will any credit be issued. We use your information exactly as you supply it - the good and the not so good. If you cannot accept these conditions, please do not place your order. Thank you."

To Whom It May Concern,I received today the mug that I designed as a Christmas gift and am extremely dissapointed with the product. The picture and text is correct, but it was supposed to be on a WHITE background as seen in the attached jpeg. The mug is black as ordered, but the white background is missing making the text and picture hardly visible. Not only am I appaled by the mistake, I am amazed that you would ship out a product that looks like a plain, blank mug. I would like a return authorization code and would like to know if this can only be redone/replaced in time for Christmas, or if I can simply receive a refund to take my buisness elsewhere. I have attached both the picture (with WHITE BACKGROUND) that was supposed to appear on the mug as well as a picture of your "finished product". Let me know how to proceed.-H LHello H L

My wife and I purchased 4 coffee mugs for $167.80 which had my families Sawblade Ranch logo on one side and a picture on the other side. We recived the mugs yesterday and the mugs are so dark that you cannot even see the logo or the picture. I cannot believe that you would send these mugs out, even if that is the color of mug we selected. The person printing the mugs should of had the foresight to see that the logo was not able to be seen and contacted us to pick a different color mug. I would like to return the mugs and have gigtmugs.com reprint the mugs on a white coffee mug. Please let me know if this can be accomplished. C.L.

Hi, I just received a mug with my name on it and on one side the name is spelled correctly and on the other it is not! Please look in to this matter and determine whether it is your error or the "designer's". I would rather not mention it to the person who gave me the gift, but I would also rather not have a mug with my name misspelled either.

Thank you for your timely response… perhaps I may better explain the situation. The mug was a gift and if the mistake was that of the giver, I would rather have not mentioned it to her, so she didn’t feel bad…too late for that. If the mistake was that of giftmugs.com, then I would have mentioned it to her so giftmugs.com could make it right…
Additionally, it seems that we may have different perspectives on whether or not this order was handled in a professional manner. To me, professional means customer satisfaction. In the event that an order came in and a name was written twice on the same mug but a very common misspelling occurred on one side of the mug but not the other, it seems to me that a professional would contact his/her client and confirm whether or not the difference was intentional, thus providing the highest level of accuracy and therefore product quality.
Were your company able to replace the mug at no charge, I would be grateful; however, your website is clear about errors and therefore I understand if exception will not be made. Either way this mug is a keepsake and will be a lasting memory, both of the occasion for which it was gifted and of giftmugs.com, and its customer service.

Indeed, the two (2) different designs can be very easily verified by going to the Designer account and checking out the 2 designs found there: they are different, indeed.
As very clearly stated in our web site we decorate all mugs with the designs AS IS and do not change them (nor proof-read them), and all sales are final.
The error is not ours nor our Design program's, but exclusively of the person who designed and ordered; it and it can be seen and verified in the database of our Design program.
We decorated this mug order in a very professional manner in the best quality and shipped it very timely.
Sorry, not to be able to provide a different answer to your question. Maybe you should take up this problem with Vxxx Sxxx.
We do not understand why you'd contact us and not the ordering party instead?
