Hello, I was trying to get an
idea of how much it would be (appx) to get a mug designed for a
small reunion. I am interested in purchasing appx 15-20 11oz WHITE
mugs with 3-4 separate lines saying: OMG... I SURVIVED THE 2003
CAT CHAT REUNION or OMG... I SURVIVED THE 2003 CAT CHAT REUNION
Centered on one side, in the biggest font that will fit all of
that on one side. How much for each mug? If i had that saying on
one side of the mug and each person's name printed on the other
side, how much extra would that be per mug? Or would i have to
purchase each mug separately because it has a different person's
name on it? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Our reply:
Since all our pricing is based
on the total quantity of mugs ordered with the same design on
at least one side, the base price per mug of a given quantity
of such mugs is determined as follows, using above request for
11-oz, all-white coffee mugs, as a sample:
- 16 to 35 mugs base price =
$7.95*
per mug;
- Creation of custom text,
if applicable,
that fits within an area of 3" x 3":
$5.00* (one time charge);
- Tracking Information:
$0.25 per package (up
to 36 mugs);
- Insurance (if requested):
$0.25 per mug;
- S&H to lower 48 States
with FedEx Ground to a commercial address:
- 16 mugs = $29.95
- 35 mugs = $48.95
($1 to $2 higher to
residential addresses)
Optional, additional services:
- Decoration on other mug
side: $1.50 per mug
- Personalization: $3.00 per
mug (names to be sent
via e-mail)

Hello, I have a couple
questions. I would like to make 100 large coffee mugs, all with
the attached logo on them. In addition to this logo I also need to
add a photo of different people's cars who are participating in
our event. I will need two mugs per car, with a total of about
45-50 different cars, totaling approximately 100 mugs. I saw your
minimum order is 36 and I wasn't sure if this is something you
would do since I need 50 different pictures. Thank you.
Our reply:
You can take the price
listed in our
price list for 64 to
127 mugs per order as all your 100 or so mugs will at least have
one component in common, namely your logo.
We presume that the logo goes on one side of the mug and the
photographs on the other mug side.
We charge an additional $1.50 per mug no matter how many mugs you
order, if there is a decoration on the other mug side, too.
Since each of your photographs will be considered like a
personalization, we would charge you an additional $3.00 per mug.
In other words, you can determine the cost per mug from our price
list for orders between 64 and 127 mugs, depending on the mug size
you're interested in, and then just add $4.50 per mug (as
explained above) plus S&H.
Should you also require individual names on the mugs, then please
add another $3.00 per mug/name.
Please note that our minimum
order is ONE mug and not, as you indicate, 36 mugs and there
was no digital image of your logo attached to your inquiry.
Please also note that you'll
have to supply "camera-ready" digital images for all your car
photos and your logo that meet with our
minimum quality requirements.
