General observations about our
sublimation, full-color, custom-decorated ceramic coffee mugs.
All our coffee mugs, decorative tiles and wall murals are decorated
with a process called: Sublimation.
Our coffee mugs and tiles are not decorated with any of the
traditional ways of ceramic decorations, namely: in-glaze, under-glaze
or over-glaze.
All our decorations are sublimation decorations, that is, they are
heat-applied onto a special mug and tile coating that accepts our ink
pigments in full color.
Our mug decorations are microwave safe and the mug decorations will
not be affected as long as the mugs have some liquid in them while in
the microwave oven.
Our mug decorations also conform to industry-wide accepted standards
for color resistance. Our mugs have been tested for five (5) minutes in
high-boiling water and have shown no change whatsoever to the
decoration.
We do not make any claims with respect to fading and longevity of our
full-color mug and tile decorations.

We urge all our customers to follow these simple suggestions:
To preserve the beauty and
vibrancy of the image on our full-color sublimation-decorated mugs, it
is best to hand wash them as you would hand wash any fine China as well
as your best glasses. Also, never leave the mugs in direct sunlight, for
example on a window sill.
Never leave an empty mug on a heating plate or any source of heat!
Never clean our coffee mugs and/or decorative wall tiles and mosaics
with abrasive cleansers or similar cleaning products. Hand washing with
soap is recommended in all cases.
Images
display different in different monitors so that we're not able to
know how your image looks in your monitor. It may very well look very
different in any of our monitors. We decorate all our mugs with
customer-submitted images AS IS and do not change them whatsoever.
You can observe this very fact in any store where they sell TV's. You'll
notice that each and every monitor on display will show the same program
but in a different color scheme. Which one is the correct one? All of
them are depending on which monitor you display the image.
Hence, if color fidelity is of importance, we very strongly urge you to
create/order a sample mug first to determine the color fidelity of your
digital image.
