Roland, the mug is impeccable. It shows neither perceptible color shift, darkening, or contrast changes. The printing process really exhibits superb stability plus really broad contrast and color range. The one thing I didn’t think to ask about – and wasn’t clear about, (how glossy the print area would be) was itself a revelation: uniform high gloss on image and white areas alike. I just wanted to send a quick note to follow up on our mug order. We received the order last Friday (earlier than expected!) and were first impressed with the care in packaging and shipping. When I opened the indivual gift/shipping box I was very pleased with the reproduction of the art and the quality of the finished product.

R. K., You will never know just how much it meant to me when this mug arrived and to know that someone was willing to help me out. I now have all 50 states and Washington D.C. in my collection. I have appx. 1100 mugs and all are proudly displayed in my home.
I have been disabled for about 15 years and the mug collection gave me something to focus on.
As well I write inspirational poetry that I place in nursing homes, Dr. offices, churches, just anywhere I feel thay may be of help.
I hear from strangers who take the time to write and tell me what it meant to them. My 3^rd book will be out soon and distributed.
Again, I don’t have the words to thank you for what you have done for me. It is so nice to know there are still kind and caring people in this world.
I taped a note inside the mug as a reminder where it came from.
