us (as an attachment,
one zip-compressed file containing all) 52 of your own, best,
digital images, of your state's prominent landscapes, monuments or
other important and significant images, defining your state and
its character (provided that your state is not already represented
in this
multi-image Gift Mugs series of custom mugs).
Each
digital image
should be: 1" x 1" in dimensions and with a resolution of at least
300 dpi's.
We'll then create a new mug based on the 52 best images submitted
and selected, and offer it in our web site for sale to the public
in general.
In recognition of your efforts
and contribution to the selected, complete image set, we'll send
you six (6) 11-oz mugs so decorated, shipped FedEx Ground, free of
charge, to an address in the 48 lower states of the US.
By submitting your 52 digital
images you expressly certify that you're the sole owner of the
copyright of all the images submitted and that we can use them
freely without any restrictions and/or conditions at all and that
you'll hold us harmless from any potential claims.
You'll also permit us to mention
you as the author of the submitted and selected 52 digital images
for the exclusive and free use by Gift Mugs to be used in the
corresponding web page and production.
We reserve the right to edit,
select, eliminate, accept and/or reject any image(s) we deem
improper for the present purpose. Should more than one set of 52
digital images be submitted, we reserve the right to select the
most appropriate set.
Runner-ups who submitted
complete and valid sets of 52 digital images will receive two (2) 11-oz mugs
decorated with the selected production set of US States images.
All our selections and decisions
are final and cannot be appealed. All submitted information and
images will become our exclusive property and will not be
returned. Subject to
change and/or elimination without previous notice. |
