On various occasions, some of our customers told us that our ordering process is not very user-friendly - and we could not agree more. We'd like to offer some very simple tips on how to make the ordering process easier. Each of our mug decorations and/or designs has a given order number which you have to indicate in our secure order/payment form. If you order directly from the page where the mug decoration you're interested in is shown, then the order form will generate the required decoration information by itself and, hence, this order number has already been entered into it automatically. For manual entry into the order form of the decoration description, we recommend this very easy procedure which will open a new window.  - Once you have located the design you're interested in, do this: - Hit  Ctrl+N   on Windows machines - This will open a new browser window.  - Now you just proceed with your visit as before. (A copy of the same window is hidden below the new one) As soon as you're ready to order, go to our secure order/payment form and fill in the required information. When you're ready to fill in the the decoration or design number you're interested in, just minimize your present window and your first window with the mug decoration will open up. Copy this number and close the window. The order form window will open up again. With all major Internet browsers for PC's   -   Internet Explorer, Netscape and Opera   -   all you need to do is hit this key combination: Ctrl+N You can also select, from the menu bar: > File > New > Window   -   for Internet Explorers; or > File > New Navigator Window   -   for Netscape; or > File ?  New   -   for the Opera browser   That's it.
