All our shipments are over-packed to limit breakage. Breakage claims can not be honored by
us and have to be directed to the carrier. Responsibility for delivery and safe cartage
rests exclusively with the carrier. Freight charges have to be prepaid and will be added
to your invoice. All orders require payment in advance. Customer is exclusively
responsible for customs clearance and all corresponding duties and fees in case of
overseas shipments.

To preserve the beauty and vibrancy of the image on our full-color
sublimation- decorated mugs, it is best to hand wash them as you
would hand wash any fine China as well as your best glasses.
Also, never leave the mugs in direct sunlight, for example on a window
sill.
