Please add $1.00 per mug to above S&H charges for our 16, 18- and 21-oz coffee mugs and steins; and $2.00 per shipment for residential delivery.
S&H charges to Hawaii and Alaska are considerably higher than those indicated above.

FedEx Ground Shipping time:
up to 3-7 business days depending on distance and time of year.

FedEx Saver Shipping time:
up to 3 business days

Note: When customer's FedEx account is used for shipping, we would only invoice you $15.00 per box of up to 36 mugs for packaging and handling.

We ship our 11-oz, 12-oz and 15-oz mugs in boxes of up to 36 mugs per box. 
Thus, orders for over 36 mugs will be shipped in multiple boxes.

- For all AFO  and FPO addresses we'll us USPS Priority Mail only.
Small orders of our all white mugs are shipped within up to 4-5 business days after receipt of payment in full. We package our gift mugs (except small mug shipments) in double cartons, where the outer carton is back-filled with "peanuts" and/or Styrofoam to assure safe arrival of your mugs. Nevertheless, we recommend to have your mug shipment insured while in transit. The cost for insurance is only $0.25 per mug.

We also offer single-mug and two-mug individual, neutral white gift boxes as follows: 

Single mug box: $1.50 per box  for 11-,12-, 15-, 18- and 21-oz mugs
Two-mug box:    $3.00 per box  for 11-oz and 12-oz mugs only
