What will my Gift Mugs order cost?

the total selection and resulting choices are immense, not to mention that we ship world-wide. Almost all our mug decorations are based on customer-submitted digital images and digital files. Not one order is the same. This is why we cannot offer a computer-calculated final price at the end of the ordering process.

The nature of this business is that each order requires the attention of a real person rather than a simple computer-generated order confirmation of a given mass-market item with a fixed price and shipped only within the US, (which is OK if you sell run-of-the mill CD's or books and not one-of-a-kind item as are our gift mugs).

Furthermore, since all our mug decorations are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot and do not accept returns nor issue credit. Hence it is important that you see at least a virtual mug layout before you "sign" and return our Order Confirmation. (For more details on this please also consult our Guarantee page.)

Based on this, we're not able to automatically confirm prices with our secure on-line order/payment form and our order form will not generate any price indications at all - this will be done by our Order Confirmation which we e-mail you to the e-mail address indicated in the order form.

Should you, however, require some indications as to the total cost of your mug order, you can always use our Cost Calculator for single-mug orders or consult our comprehensive price list.

As mentioned elsewhere in this web site, we only charge your credit card AFTER we have shipped your order, and only AFTER we have received back from you, in its entirety, the "signed" Order Confirmation which we prepare based on the contents of our order form and e-mail to you, along with a virtual mug layout for your evaluation and acceptance.

We are aware that this procedure might require one extra step but it's more than justified in view of the fact that we feel that you should see at least a virtual mug decoration before you "sign" and return our Order Confirmation to us.

Our Order Confirmation contains the exact cost of your order and confirms also your shipping address as well as all other details of your Gift Mugs order.
If all is OK, just "sign" it and return it to us so that we can then give your mug order into production.
