How to file a claim with FedEx for my
declared value  mug shipment?

Should your have requested to have your coffee mug order shipped with a declared value on our order form and your mug shipment arrived broken, please follow these simple steps to file a claim with FedEx (only if you elected to have your mugs shipped with a declared value), otherwise no claim at all can be filed :
  • Preserve ALL packaging materials and broken mugs along with the invoice and any other material that might be relevant to file a claim;
  • Consult the back of the Air Bill that came with your mug shipment for details;
  • File claim directly over FedEx's web site; or
  • Contact FedEx at: 1-800-462-3339;
  • Talk to a FedEx representative;
  • Provide FedEx with the airbill number of the corresponding mug shipment;
  • State you case;
  • Note down the control # they will supply you;

Please note that the FedEx representative might tell you that we as the shipper will have to file the claim, as we would receive any claim check from them should the claim be accepted.

Nevertheless, YOU will have to supply all above information to the FedEx representative, so that a control number can be issued. They will gladly take your information to put your claim on record.


As always, we'll supply any additional information that might be required and forward any payment received for your claim by FedEx directly to you at the shipping address you supplied for your gift mugs order.
