Should I declare a value for my gift mugs order? |

Since our ceramic coffee
mugs are rather fragile and can easily break or be damaged while in transit,
we very highly recommend that you request that we declare a value for your mug.
Please note that although we very carefully package our mugs to prevent breakage and damage while in transit, every once in a while mugs do arrive broken or damaged. If you decide not to have a value declared for your mug order then there is no way to recuperate any potential damage. By checking the NO option in our order page, you expressly confirm that you'll hold us harmless from any liability that might arise from any broken or damage mugs, or mugs not delivered correctly or in a timely fashion.
In addition, should you have your mug order shipped to an AFO and/or FPO military mail address where no tracking information is available, you might want to have your mug order shipped with a declared value as this way we'll at least receive an official receipt number from our local Post Office. This, however, only for declared value mounts of over US$ 100.00 and cannot be used for tracking purposes. Minimum cost: $3.50.
