What? No Phone
Number?!
Yes, as strange as it may
seem, we do not supply a phone number any more for our web site visitors to contact us.
There are good reasons for that:
- Since all our coffee mugs are completely
custom-decorated, we require a written record of all information and
transactions so as to minimize to the greatest extent possible any errors
on either part.
- Furthermore, in order to keep our costs down, we
are no longer able to provide free phone consultations with respect to digital
image files and the required quality, or all other aspects related to our
custom-decorated gift mugs.
- If
you cannot put in

questions
All inquiries have now to be submitted in writing
via our
e-mailer and verbal agreements might not necessarily be honored by us.
We do, however, supply our phone number as well as
our regular e-mail address with our invoice.
