Shipment of mugs and available Options

All our gift mugs are exclusively shipped with

FedEx Ground

to the lower 48 states which can take up to 3-7 business days depending on distance shipped and time of year.

Exceptions to above:

• Orders to be shipped to AFO and FPO  addresses will be shipped exclusively with USPS Priority Mail.
  No tracking available!
   
• Orders for Alaska and Hawaii and all regular overseas orders will be shipped with USPS Air Parcel Post against corresponding surcharges.
  No tracking available outside of the USA!

Rush orders
will be shipped with:

• FedEx Priority Overnight (where available);
• FedEx Standard Overnight;
• FedEx 2nd Day;
• FedEx Saver (most economical air service)

all against corresponding surcharges and where FedEx Air service is available.

We can normally ship within 2-4 business days (except before holiday seasons) after receipt of all information, including digital image files, receipt of your signed order confirmation as well as cleared payment.
 

We reserve the right to ship FedEx Ground even if you indicated USPS in our order form.
