Shipping & Handling Charges

Please note that Shipping & Handling Charges (S&H) are never included in our guarantee.


Should there ever be a case where a mug order is returned, the customer will pre-pay any shipping costs, including insurance and tracking information and by returning such a mug order to us, will also expressly agree to have any S&H charges for the related substitute mug(s) charged to customer's credit card that was submitted with the gift mugs order.
 

This is an industry-wide accepted matter even for brick & mortar stores, where any purchased merchandise to be returned has to be brought back by the customer to the store for any exchange and has to be picked-up again by the customer, at no charge whatsoever for the store or merchant.

These S&H costs are exclusively the customer's responsibility and are not paid by gift mugs by Bitmark, Inc. and are specifically excluded from our Guarantee.


By placing your order with us, you expressly accept this as an integral part of your order and will not contest it.
