Please note that none of our mugs is an Off-the-Shelf product (as for example cereal boxes, books and CD's are). They are individually decorated, based on your specific order. Each one will be custom-decorated to your specifications from scratch.
Hence, we need detailed information from you, more than you'd normally expect. And since this process has to be executed by a person - and not by a machine - it will also take a bit longer for us to confirm your order.

All communications with us will be in writing, preferably e-mail as we cannot accept any telephone or other verbal forms of communications.

This secure Order/Payment form consists of four (4) short pages:

plus a Summary Page where you can verify all the information you provided, before sending it to us.

Please note that although we require that you submit credit card information with the present order page, your card will only be charged AFTER your mug order has been shipped. Any mug order is given into production only after we receive back from you our entire order confirmation once "signed" by you.
Orders not submitted with this form are subject to a digitizing surcharge.

All our mugs are individually custom-decorated and are given into our decoration process only after we receive back from you our Order Confirmation - which we send you based on the information you supply with this form - even our pre-designed Gift Mugs decorations are treated and are individual originals.

Note: This secure order form will not process without credit card information.
General Information:
You might feel that we ask for a lot of information yet, we have to ask all this stuff to make sure we create the particular mug decoration you're looking for as each and every mug order is different, made specifically to your exacting specifications - and we are asked to offer many, many options and variations - and each and every mug is made from scratch, one by one.
