Gift Mugs Order Form Submitted

After we receive your order, we'll manually prepare an Order Confirmation and e-mail it to you for your evaluation and acceptance. Since this confirmation process is done by a real person, it might take a bit of time (1-2 days) and will not be instantaneous.

Important. Return our Order Confirmation in its entirety once "signed" by you where indicated, so that we can give your gift mugs order into production. Should we not receive back our Order Confirmation from you, we'll not be able to give your mug order into production!

Please note:

We will charge your credit card only:

- after we receive your "signed" acceptance of our order confirmation; and

- your order has been shipped.

What happens next?

As soon as we receive this order form, duly filled out, we'll prepare a very detailed order confirmation for you: confirming prices, S&H charges, shipping address, etc., and, in almost all cases, with a virtual mug layout so that you can see what your mug decoration might look like, and e-mail it to you for your approval to the e-mail address given just above.
Once received and found OK, you then simply "sign" and return our order confirmation in its entirety.
Only upon our receipt of your approval e-mail will we give your mug order into production and only then charge your credit card.
Since this process is carried out by real persons - and not by any machines - it might take a little longer as we also have to prepare your virtual mug decoration for your evaluation.
Orders submitted on a Friday, for example, might only be answered on Tuesday.
You'll also receive a computer-generated e-mail immediately upon sending us your order, indicating your order number. Please remember that this automatic e-mail is no order confirmation, just a reference e-mail for your records. It does not confirm nor imply that we actually received your order.
Orders submitted with false and/or non-existing telephone numbers and/or credit card ID numbers will not be processed by us as well as incomplete order forms.
We reserve the right to not confirm any orders submitted with an incompletely filled in order form.
For orders to be shipped to an address other than your credit card billing address, please also submit this authorization form. Thank you.
