We decorate all our mugs as they are ordered.
The above prices are valid for customers that supply digital files that can be used for the decoration of mugs without any alterations. We can also create digital decorations for customers that do not have digital art files at reasonable prices. Please inquire. We also published some guidelines for the preparation of suitable digital art which you might want to consult.
Our ceramic mugs are microwave safe and may also be dishwasher safe depending on machine. We would also like to mention that in order to preserve the beauty and vibrancy of the image on our full-color, sublimation-decorated mugs, it is highly recommended to hand wash them as you would hand wash any fine China or your best glasses. Also, never leave the mugs in direct sunlight, for example on a windowsill.

Note: When customer's FedEx account is used for shipping, we will only invoice you:

We ship our 11-  12-oz and 15-oz mugs in boxes of up to 36 mugs per box. 
Thus, orders for over 36 mugs will be shipped in multiple boxes.

Small orders of our all white mugs are shipped within up to 2-6 business days after receipt of payment in full.
We package our gift mugs (except small mug shipments) in double cartons, where the outer carton is back-filled with "peanuts" and/or Styrofoam or other materials to assure safe arrival of your mugs.
Nevertheless, we highly recommend to have your mug order shipped with a declared value while in transit. The cost for value declaration is $3.50 per for up to 36 mugs.

We also offer single-mug and two-mug individual, neutral white gift boxes as follows:

All our shipments are over-packed to limit breakage. Breakage claims can not be honored by us and have to be directed to the carrier. Responsibility for delivery and safe cartage rests exclusively with the carrier. Freight charges have to be prepaid and will be added to your invoice. All orders require payment in advance. Customer is exclusively responsible for customs clearance and all corresponding duties and fees in case of overseas shipments.
