At the present time we are not able to decorate any other mug part than the circumference of our coffee mugs.

Can I have my
favorite poem printed on a single coffee mug for a gift?
We accept orders for only ONE single coffee mug and we can print any text, including poems and sayings, on our white coffee mugs. We can use any font you indicate, use any font size and font color as long as your entire text fits within the printable area of our various coffee mugs sizes.The best way to send us the text of your poem would be with an e-mail where you can write it with the corresponding line breaks. You can also
select the letter fonts you'd like us to use as well as indicate the text color to be used - unless you have a very special font in mind which you'd have to send us separately as an attachment to an e-mail.Please note that we're PC-based and hence all digital material submitted to us has to be for this platform.
You can also estimate the cost of your single-mug order here if you supply camera ready digital art files, and you can order any of our four mug sizes. Your poem can be single-sided, on both mug sides, wrap-around, or handle-to-handle.
We normally can ship our custom-mug orders within 2-6 business days after receipt of our secure on-line order/payment form and your "signed" acceptance of our order confirmation.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Our mugs are dishwasher safe. However, for best results and to maintain image quality, we strongly suggest hand washing them. We would like to caution you that washing our mugs in a dishwasher (with a high dryer setting) might cause a premature fading of the decoration.

Can your mugs be microwaved?
Our mugs can easily be microwaved as long as they have some liquid in them. Please DO NOT put them in your microwave oven empty, that is without any liquid in them.

We can print any customer-submitted digital image files, digital art, or digital photos as long as they are legal and that the submitter has the copy right (or is the owner of the copy right) to use the images to be submitted. By submitting any images to us, you expressly confirm that you're the copyright holder and that your image contents is legal.

We're very pleased to read that you're very happy with your first order and would like to place a new order.
You state that you are interested in about 20 or more mugs with a wrap around decoration each with a different
personalization.
To place such an order at our fully automated mug design generator at:
http://designer.realtimedesigner.com/GiftMugs/catalog
we recommend that you "Sign In" (or, if you have not done so previously, create a new account) and then start
creating your wrap-around coffee mug design without any personalization (or use an already created and saved design) and then save it as a template;
or better still, upload it as a clip art using the link: "Upload/Browse your own files".
Then add your custom personalization and add it to the Cart, and if all is OK, click on: "Image is OK...."
When the new page appears, just click on the "DESIGN ANOTHER" button and when the next page
appears just click on the link: "SHOW ME TEMPLATES" and then select the decoration you want to use
for the next mug decoration. Or, click on the "CLIP ART" button to again download your already created wrap
around decoration.
Now, just add your new personalization and click on: Add to Cart.
The Design Generator will then display on the left page side all the individual mug decorations you created
as well as the cost and quantities ordered.
When you have created all required mug decorations, just click on 'SUBMIT NOW" and follow the regular
ordering/payment process offered by the form.
The above may sound complicated but once you get the hang of it it's rather very efficient and fast.
