  • What are your delivery times (lead time)?

    Under normal conditions we can have your custom mugs ready for shipment within up to 2-6 business days after receipt of useable digital art, payment of your mug order and receipt of back of our "signed' order confirmation.

    However under certain circumstances (especially before Christmas and other busy holiday seasons) we very highly recommend that your order well in advance so that your gift-mugs shipment will arrive in time for the holidays. Hence your order should be placed no later than the last week of November so that we can ship them at least by December 10 as thereafter the Post Office and all other carriers cannot be relied on for timely and guaranteed delivery even with Priority Mail, Express Mail, 2nd Day, Overnight and similar delivery schemes.

    We only guarantee timely shipment from our plant and there is very little we can do to make sure that they are deliverd in time. You should also request at least tracking information so that you can track the whereabouts of your mug order.

  • How long does it take to receive my custom decorated Gift Mugs?

    After we receive back your "signed" approval of our Order Confirmation and payment of your coffee mug order, it will take us 2-6 business days [and more during holiday seasons] to ship your custom decorated coffee mugs order (for our standard, white coffee mugs). 

    Our standard shipping method is by FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. Other shipping methods are available upon request

    We ship larger mug orders in double cartons back-filled with "peanuts" and/or Styrofoam to assure safe arrival of your mugs.

    For smaller orders, each mug is individually wrapped within plastic air bubble bags and/or within our neutral, white gift boxes to withstand the rough-and-tumble of the shipping process ...and yet sometimes mugs arrive broken.

    This is why it never hurts to also insure the shipment, of your mugs...just in case.

    Please note that we do not guarantee timely arrival at destination, only timely shipment from our facilities in Melbourne, Florida, USA.

  • I live in Melbourne, Florida. I was wondering if you ship next day or priority? Thank you for your time.

    Yes, we can and do ship Next Day and Priority Mail in addition to all the many other shipping options that are offered by various shippers. Please keep in mind that we still require 2-6 business days after receipt back of our Order Confirmation to get a mug order ready for shipping.

  • I'd like to order a morph mug with a picture on one side and Happy 12th Anniversary on the other for my wife. Our anniversary is on Oct 15th. About how long ahead of time do you think I will have to order this in order for it to get there one time
