Additional costs for the creation of logo with up to three (3) letters or initials for above "Super Hero" coffee mug decoration. This charge is in addition to the regular coffee mug costs. Please submit your three (3) initials all in upper case with this PayPal order form in the: "Message and/or Note" data entry fields. Note: You do not need an account with PayPal to be able to use their services. Your regular credit card or check is all you need. Qty  US$15.00 per logo. You can, of course, also submit your own logo design and hence you'll not be required to pay for this logo creation charge.
